I've never lived overseas for a long period of time until now. You come to realise that the day is really precious because the sun goes down by 6 (stupid CCP's Beijing timezone rule) and is up by 5, usually when I'm still awake.
The last few weeks I've unconsciously drawn the curtains back to catch a glimpse of the henpecked sun before it dissolves into fog and moon territory. Sunlight is precious, try not to stay in too much. <3
